SHCM Webinar: Key Housing Credit Compliance Issues

Description: Register now to attend the Specialist in Housing Credit Management Webinar: “Key Housing Credit Compliance Issues-April 2010”, hosted by the NAA Education Institute, the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA. Join IRS Housing Credit Compliance specialist Grace Robertson, along with housing credit training specialists Anita Moseman and Gianna Solari, for an hour-long Webinar focused on housing credit compliance issues that were chosen by webinar participants. Topics will include: Verification of Information, Compliance challenges for multi-finance properties, Vacant Unit and Next Available Unit, Qualifying Household Members (ncluding sudents) Defining your Property (what it means and how it affects your work as a manager). The webinar will provide an hour of instruction, followed by about 30 minutes Q&A (presenters providing verbal answers to written questions from the audience). Free of charge to SHCM certified professionals (your registration will be verified via the SHCM certificant database). To qualify for free registration, SHCM certificants must be current in their annual renewal requirements.* For all other non-SHCM professionals, the registration fee is $75.
