Property Owner/Manager: Annual Dues: $110 + $1.40 per unit As an owner or manager of multi-family housing in Kansas or a resident of Kansas who owns such housing in other areas, or a licensed Real Estate Broker who manages or operates multi-family or condominium housing for others in Kansas.
In the event that a management company owns more than one member property, the management company will be charged $100 and each property will be charged $1.40 per unit.
Independent Rental Owner: Annual Dues: $50 + $1.40 per unit An owner of rental housing of 1-49 units
Applications will be voted on by the Board of Directosr at the next monthly meeting.
